Ooooo! It’s So Bright & Vivid!

What do you think of when you think of a rainbow?  My guess is you think of an amazing phenomenon that involves a plethera of colors fused together to form a beautiful sight.  Has it ever made you cry? Has it ever made you state “Oh my God…Oh my God…Oh my God” for over 3 straight minutes while video taping the whole encounter? If you answered no to at least the last question, then you are probably normal like the rest of us.  If not, you probably sound a lot like this guy.

Best Quotes From This Video: (When He Isn’t Crying)

  • “Oh, it’s a double rainbow all the way”
  • “It’s starting to even look like a triple rainbow”
  • “Double Rainbow all the way across the sky”
  • “What does this mean”
  • “It’s so bright and vivid”
  • “Too much, I don’t know what it means”

Now, I am glad this is a video, because if you just listened to this, it would sound like this man just experienced the strangest orgasm in the world.

Check out 2:40, I can’t tell if he is still crying or laughing, or some odd combination of both.  Either way, it is fantastic.  This man is an inspiration.  Literally, all I want to do right now is go cry in front of a rainbow.

Work of Art

Back when things were a bit slower at work, I would use MS Paint to explore my inner artist.  I mean, who didn’t love using MS Paint when PC’s first became a common household electronic?  Anyway, over the coming weeks, I’ll feature some art that I created (all by myself) during down time during the work day.

This is the first piece of art that I decided to e-mail to my friends to give them a laugh at their jobs.  If you’re a Beatles fan, you’ll understand a bit better.  If not, hope it just makes you laugh.  Enjoy.

Drop On The Deck & Flop Like A Fish!

The title of this post serves multiple purposes, all of which are fantastical goodness.

  1. You are correct, it is part of the lyrics to one of the greatest theme songs of all time.  Please don’t hate on Spongebob, he never did anything to you, except invite you to his humble abode under the sea.
  2. It serves as a great reference to one of the greatest soccer celebrations to grace the beautiful game.

Performed by an Icelandic Soccer Team.  Made famous by entertainment moguls – ESPN, Yahoo, & Yours Truly.

Johann the Salmon, you deserve an ESPY for your gracious contribution.

Now, my friends and I are still young and we still enjoy spending some of our free time playing video games, most notably FIFA 10′.  You can tell who the real nerds in our group are (Steve), because they know all of the celebrations you can perform after scoring a goal.  There are countless ways to rub your sweet success in your friend’s face, whether it is the robot, rockin the baby, a failed backflip, or my personal favorite…the “OH, Come On Then!!” I mean really, who doesn’t like insulting a friend through the use of a virtual game character that looks exactly like Wayne Rooney, complete with the receding hairline and rugged good looks.

I had the chance to play the new World Cup 2010 game recently and their new goal celebration gave me a little deja-vu to Johann, our Icelandic friend.

Wow.  I laugh everytime.

Cheers to Youth.
